How to Request a Transcript and/or Immunization Record

If you graduated or left the District more than 5 years ago (example: June, 2003), then your transcripts can be retrieved from the District's Enrollment Office.

If you graduated or left the District less than 5 years ago (example: June, 2008), then your transcripts can only be retrieved from the last school that you attended.

There is no charge for the Enrollment staff to provide your transcript.

Please contact the last school that you attended to learn about charges for the transcripts that they provide.

We can mail your transcript to you, or you can come to the Enrollment office to obtain your transcript.

We can also provide a sealed copy of your transcript for submission to a school or work prospect, after receiving your signed request.
