We have completed the recall and placement for certified staff, but we are still working on recalling the RIF'd teacher aides. Please keep in mind that this process takes time and that our staff is conscientiously working as quickly as possible. We are running into a few difficulties when trying to contact some employees, this takes additional time as we await their response. Collective Bargaining Agreements

The mission of the Valley View Human Resources Department is to recruit, support, and retain staff by complying with Illinois State regulations and by listening to the needs of our stakeholders. The Valley View HR Department strives to maximize the potential of our students by recruiting quality personnel, and by providing accurate, timely and courteous services to all our employees and stakeholders.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, staffing allocations, employment opportunities, teacher and administrator certification, student services, transfers, contract negotiations, staff evaluations, paraprofessional certification, guest teaching and the implementation of NCLB as it relates to Human Resources.
