Technology

Technology Services provide vision and support for the district's instructional and information activities. These include:

• Student Information: Demographics, scheduling, transcripts, IEP's, testing health records, transportation, attendance, grading, discipline records, bilingual, assessment, enrollment, food services
• Instruction: Instructional labs/software, applied technology labs, reading labs, and media centers
• District Wide: Networking connections, Internet access/e-mail, web pages, firewall/virus protection
• Administrative Services: Payroll, accounting, purchasing, staff attendance, document imaging, work order system for building operations and maintenance.

Technology Services support 21 physical locations, one main computer, and 46 network servers. In addition, there are 500 non-instructional workstations and 4000 instructional workstations on the network.
