Dear Parent or Guardian

The Food Service Department of Valley View Public Schools 365U, has complied an ingredient listing for foods served in the school breakfast and lunch programs. This document will be updated periodically.

We hope that this document serves as a tool to assist you with questions about possible allergens in the foods that we serve.

The most frequent allergy inquiries deal with peanuts or nuts. The Valley View  School District does not offer peanuts or peanut butter in it’s elementary food service program.  However, many manufacturers use soybean or cottonseed oil that has been processed in a facility that also handles peanut products. If this is stated in the information we receive from our distributors or manufactures, we will include it in the ingredient listing. An Allergy Information synopsis for the most common allergens is included at the end of each item.
