Columbus Day Parade Form

Students will need the following EVERYDAY for class:
Instrument ( in good working condition)
Book/ Music
Necessary Supplies (reeds, valve, oil, etc.)
and a PENCIL!
 

Practice Records (with parent signatures) are due the first school day of EACH WEEK. Practice records are required of ALL BAND STUDENTS.
