on either hall or gym lockers. Information Regarding Lockers
Each student is assigned a
hall and gym locker for storage of hats, coats, boots, and school related
materials. Gym locks are assigned by the physical education staff. No other
locks are to be utilized
on either hall or gym lockers.
Locker Notes:
1) Each student will have his/her combination on file in the office. It is a privilege to have a locker. Students are not to share lockers or combinations with other students.
2)
The school district has all rights to search or inspect lockers to ensure that illegal, unsanitary, or otherwise harmful items are not placed in them. The school district also has the right to ask law enforcement agents to search lockers for illegal drugs or weapons (Board Policy 7:140/ Search and Seizure Policy). Discipline procedures will follow if this regulation is broken.3) Each student is responsible for his/her locker and making sure that it is locked. Students shouldn't tamper with other lockers.
4) The school is not responsible for missing items in lockers.
