New Valley View School District School policy is that all students will be required to pay a NEW $20.00 fee to participate in each sport. This will be due on the teams first day of practice. With cap of $50.00 for athletics per school year.

Any student interested in playing sports must have a current sports physical on file BEFORE they are allowed to try-out. The sports physical cannot be over a year old. So if you are interested in participating in wrestling (a winter sport) your physical must be valid the whole season of wrestling which is November-March. Your physical cannot expire at any time during your sport. The best time to get sports physicals are during the summer months so you can participate in sports with out your physical expiring. Students will not be allowed to tryout for sports without a current physical on file.

Girls’ Softball Tryouts
July 28th and July 29th
8:30-11:30 at Humphrey
 

Boys’ Soccer Tryouts
August 21st and August 22nd
3:00– 5:00 at Humphrey

Cross Country Tryouts
August 12, August 14, and Aug. 19
10:00– 11:30 at Humphrey

Cheerleading Tryouts
September 2nd, 3rd, 4th

September 2nd and 3rd 2:45 pm until 4:00 pm
September 4- Try-out day 2:45 until 5:00 pm
