Reading with Dewey
Students in fourth and fifth grades have been learning about how books are organized in a library. To reinforce their learning, they have an opportunity to earn a ticket to an Ice Cream Social to be held in January during school hours. Students are required to read one book from eight out of the ten Dewey Decimal categories by January 11th. The children have been working on this since late October. This date has been extended from the original December 22nd deadline.
