Behavior System:

Each day I will be communicating with you about your child’s day.  If your child has had a good day they will receive a smiley face on that square of their calendar.  If for any reasons they receive a yellow, orange or pink card, they will receive a sad face and a brief explanation on the back.  At the end of each month if they have each day initialed by their parents they will get a popcorn party (I will allow one late day).  Each child must have no more than 5 sad faces on their calendar to participate in this activity.  If you have any questions please let me know. 

Behavior Cards:

Green card:    Smiley face, however a warning was given

Yellow card:  Sad face on calendar and a time-out

Orange card:  Sad face loses recess and pink note home

Pink card:      Sad face sent to Principal’s Office to call home
