Students can move up or down on the ticket system based on their behavior throughout the day. (Rewards and consequences are given based on the color your child ends his/her day on.) Rewards and consequences are as follows: Green Shamrock: Shamrock ticket and Reward ticket- Excellent Behavior Green: Reward ticket- Good Behavior Yellow: 1st offense- Warning Orange: 2nd offense- Miss 5 minutes of activity time Red: 3rd offense- Miss ALL of activity time and note home to be signed and returned Blue: 4th offense or major offenses- Referral to office ** There will be a homework packet every week, which is due on Friday mornings. Each child will be given an assignment book tomorrow, which will be filled out together each day so you know what we did in school. Assignment books should be signed by one parent each night and returned to school every day. I will check to make sure assignment books are signed, so this is also a good place to write me a quick note if you have any questions. (Homework will be written in the HW section of the assignment book. Class work done in school will be written in each subject area so you can know what we did that day.) Students will also color in a box to show behavior choices made in school that day.
