THE SHAMROCK CLUB

A before and after school social activity club

 

The Shamrock Club will begin enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year.  This club will meet on the first full day of school in August and be in operation each day school is open for student attendance.  Students are supervised by trained adults and offered a variety of activities.

 

Membership is limited and will be filled on a “first in” basis.  

 

Student Club Hours

Before School:     6:30 a.m. - 8:50 a.m.

After School:       3:10 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

*Our child to director ratio is 15:1.  Children requiring closer supervision would require an additional fee.

 

Annual Registration Fee: (goes towards our liability and workmen’s comp)

                         Three Children in family                       $105                        $105

                         Four Children in family                         $140                       $140

Weekly Overhead Charge:

This fee covers the overhead charges incurred by Jamie McGee School for the use of the school.  The funds go directly into the PTO fund and will be used for all Jamie McGee School students.  Proceeds for the use of these funds will be voted on by the Jamie McGee PTO general membership at the scheduled budget meeting held throughout the year.

To ensure placement in the Shamrock Club, please fill out the attached registration form and mail it along with your registration fee to:  Debbie Bielawski c/o Shamrock Club 178 Brookwood Lane East, Bolingbrook, IL  60440.  (Checks should be made payable to the Shamrock Club)  Forms can also be dropped off at the Club during Club hours.  Registration checks can be post-dated for July 15th as they will not be deposited until the end of July/beginning of August, as they will cover our insurance premium.
