A Before and After School Activities Club

J R Tibbott School offers a before and after school student activities club for all students who attend Tibbott. This service will begin on the first day of school in August and be in operation each day school is open for student attendance. Students are supervised by CPR and First Aid certified adults and offered a variety of activities. An afternoon snack is provided for the students.

Student Club Hours

Before School: 6:30 AM - 8:55 AM

After School: 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM

Student Club Costs

Before School Fees:
$6.0O per day for one child
$9.00 per day for two children from a family
$1.00 for each additional child per day from a family
$1.00 one half hour or less

After School Fees:
$6.OO per day for one child

$9.0O per day for two children from a family
$1.0O for each additional child per day from a family
$1.0O one half hour or less

Registration Fee:
$25.0O per family

Drop in service is always available for the daily rate and payable upon pickup.

Payment Policy

1. A $25.00 registration fee will be collected upon acceptance into Tiger Club.

2. Tuition bills, based on days and times indicated on the registration form, are sent out at the beginning of each month.

3. Please observe the tuition due dates listed on your statements.

Tuition must be paid in full by the due date for membership to continue. A $25.00 late fee will be added to balances carried past the due date.

4. Any credits or adjustments will be reflected on the following month's tuition bill.

5. Payment for drop in students is expected on the day of pickup.

6. NSF checks are subject to bank charges in addition to the amount of the check.

Late Pick-up Policy

Tiger Club closes at 6:00 PM. The following policy takes effect at 6:01 PM.

2. 6:16-to pick-up - $1.00 per minute

3. If we have not received a phone call from you or one of your emergency

numbers have not been reached, the Bolingbrook Police will be called at 7:01 pm.

School clocks determine pick-tip time.

These charges will be added to your next month's bill. We sincerely hope that late fees will never be charged. If you know you are going to be late, call us as early as possible so that proper arrangements can be made.
