School Physical and Participation Forms Now Available

There will be physicals on August 1st at RHS field house from 12:00pm - 3:00pm. The cost is $20 CASH no personal checks will be accepted.

All students entering early childhood, kindergarten or first grade, fifth grade, and ninth grade are required to have a physical exam and complete immunization records on the required Certificate of Health Examination Form
