One Edline parent account is created for each student.
Please complete this form on line and bring a printed copy to the Enrollment Office of the Administration Center at 755 Dalhart Ave. in Romoeville along with a photo ID and proof of legal relationship to the student(s) listed. Upon review and approval, the new account information will be mailed to the address on the form.
