It is the mission of the RHS Guidance Department to enhance the total education of each student by providing opportunities for growth in the areas of personal / social development, academic decision making, and college / career preparation and planning.  Collaborating with students, their families, and the District 365 community, the Guidance Team works to establish a safe, inclusive environment by recognizing the needs and appreciating the values of all individuals.  As our students' grasp of self-knowledge, critical thinking, and an understanding of teamwork evolves, we will encourage each to reach his or her unique potential and assist them to become responsible citizens and life-long learners.   Welcome!
