About Me

Hi, my name is Donna Ballak and I am the occupational therapist in the Dragonfly, Mouse, Turtle and Owl rooms. I am very happy to be part of the staff at the Early Childhood Center. I have over 20 years of experience in occupational therapy in the schools, in early intervention and in outpatient pediatric rehabilitation. I received my Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and my advanced Master’s degree specializing in pediatric occupational therapy from the University of Illinois. I am married and have 2 busy junior high school-aged children. We are a "great outdoors" family. We love to camp, fish, hike, bike, ski, kayak, etc.
