 About MeHi! My name is Brandie Mitera and I am a speech-language pathologist for the Mouse and Bluebird rooms. I’m looking forward to watching all of the children learn and grow this year. This is my first year at the Valley View Early Childhood Center. I have previously worked at Prairie Children Preschool in Indian Prairie School District for seven years. I graduated from Governors State University with a Master of Health Science in Communication Disorders. I have been married to Russ for seven wonderful years. We have a fun and active one-year old son Matthew. When I get free time from being a speech therapist, wife and mommy, I love to read and take dance classes.
