For the holidays, each first grader made a "wishing" ornament to place on our Christmas tree (made out of the first graders hands) and placed on our hall bulletin board. The theme of our Christmas Tree bulletin board was "I hold in my hands a wish": each first grader created his/her "wishing" ornament with a "giving" holiday wish written on it.
