Health & Safety Commitments
For the start of the 2021-22 school year, our priority is the full on-site return of all learners. We will approach with layered strategies to reduce risks of the spread of COVID-19. This is based on Centers for Disease Control guidance adopted by the Illinois Department of Public Health and Illinois State Board of Education.

VVSD Board of Education to Meet in Regular Session Monday, June 12
The Board Meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m., at which time, the Board will vote to move to Closed Executive Session. The Public Session of the meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

VVSD Class of 2023 Spotlight- Patrick Flores, Salutatorian, Romeoville HS
Patrick will attend the University of Illinois at Chicago in the fall and will begin an accelerated pharmacist program because Patrick seeks a career in a medical field.

VVSD Class of 2023 Spotlight- Nikitha "Nikki" Sheth, Salutatorian, Bolingbrook HS
Nikki will now pursue a career in medicine by attending the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Nikki intends to specialize in neurosurgery or cardiothoracic surgery with the goal of becoming a physician.
