Valley View School District uses a parent teacher conference scheduling website called PowerPTC. Parent teacher conferences offer great opportunities to communicate with your child's teacher. The main webpage used for scheduling conferences is: VVSD Parent Teacher Conference Website Login.Ready for Conferences?
1) Log into the VVSD Parent Teacher Conference Website and Print your schedule, or
2) Check your email for a list of all of your scheduled conferences and/or Zoom links.3) Your printed or emailed schedule will be in PDF form. If you are attending conferences virtually, the Video Conference Link can be clicked on to join the Zoom conference.
- Parent teacher conferences will be taking place on the evening of Monday, March 14th and during the day on Tuesday, March 15th. Parent teacher conferences will only be held for early childhood and high school students for the spring semester. Sign up is available now. If you have any questions, please contact your child's school.
- All meetings with teachers will default to a Video Conference. Zoom conference links for each teacher will be posted for each school. You will have the option to change the conference to an In Person meeting type when you log into the Parent Teacher Conference system to schedule your appointments (see instructions below).
- Guardians will now log into the Power PTC website with their Infinite Campus username and password (see instructions below). If you do not have an Infinite Campus Portal account, please visit our Infinite Campus Portal help page for assistance creating an Infinite Campus account.
- Guardians can utilize their students' district issued device to access the Infinite Campus family portal and attend a Zoom conference(s) if they wish to do so. Please work with your student to access the device, the portal and the Zoom link(s) that will be posted prior to the start of conferences.
