I have been in education for over 20 years and have taught junior high and high school. I have been teaching at BHS for 13 years in the Social Studies Department and have taught various courses such as AP US History, Standard History, Honors World History, Standard World History, sAP Psychology,  Sociology and World Cultures. I live in Valley View and both of my children have attended Valley View Schools, so I have a very vested interest in my students. I have attended Illinois State University for my Bachelors in Social Science and graduate work in Psychology, and have my Educational Administration Master's Degree from Governor's State University. In my spare time I enjoy camping, reading mystery novels and watching Sci-Fi movies.
