Welcome to SpIt∫ (speech)!

I am a speech language pathologist at the STEP Campus and Brooks Middle School. This is my fifteenth year as a speech language pathologist in the school system and I have had the pleasure of working with all age groups over the years including early childhood, elementary, middle school, high school, and transition. 

I am currently at the STEP Campus for four days a week and spend Tuesdays at Brooks Middle School. My role is to support students with articulation, language, voice, fluency (stuttering), pragmatic (social skills) and functional communication needs. Therapy takes place within a variety of settings and may include a combination of individual, small group, and classroom lessons. In addition, I often visit classrooms in order to monitor progress and promote generalization of skills that we have been practicing within the therapy room.

Not every student qualifies for speech-language therapy services; however, I am here to support the students and teachers at both schools. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your child's communication skills.
