Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Nicole Crocker

Hello, I’m Nicole Crocker, and I have always been a part of the Bolingbrook community. I was born in Chicago, but my family and I moved to the area when I was two. I actually graduated from this wonderful school in 2008 (I grew up in the Valley View education system), so it is an honor to be a part of the Bolingbrook High School staff! I became a guest teacher for the Valley View School District in 2013; it is then when I had the desire to work in the high school level. I officially became part of the Raider family as a special education teacher in February 2017! My main reason for becoming an educator is to share my knowledge and experience with the world (especially young people), but I believe that I my purpose to make a difference in others’ lives – what better way to do that than teaching!

My background has always been in education. In 2012, I graduated from Benedictine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education. Due to its growing field, I decided to get into Early Childhood Education at Lewis University; it is there I received my Master of Arts and ESL endorsement in 2014. Since I love the high school field dearly, I am currently enrolled the English Education program at Nova Southeastern University. I will graduate with my second Masters of Science in June 2017. At the completion of the program, I will have the ability to teach English in the secondary grades.
