Hi, My name is Ben Hart!

I’ve been teaching in Valley View School District since 2006. I’ve taught classes in Popular Genres, English 9, English 10, Writing: Media & Text, AP-11 Language and Composition, College Prep Reading, World Literature, Creative Writing, Writing For College, and probably more!

I have a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Literacy. I’m a wrestling coach at Hubert Humphrey Middle School and consider myself and ACT/SAT/HSPT test-prep specialist.

I love teaching because I’m passionate about interacting with people in the realm of ideas, philosophy, and the humanities.
