Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me!  I am currently an English teacher at BHS, and have had the honor of teaching all four levels of English here.  I became a Raider in 2013, when my eldest son was two years old.  In addition to teaching English, I also sponsor BHS’s Rotary Interact Club.  I am so proud to be the sponsor of a club that provides opportunities for students to volunteer and make a positive difference in the community!  

Before landing at The Brook, I started out my career in CPS and also worked at St. Charles East High School.  While working at CPS, I received the Crystal Apple Teaching Award.  

I received my BS in Communication and Psychology from The University of Wisconsin and my MA in Teaching from National Louis University in Chicago.  

When not wearing my teacher hat, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons, travelling (and planning to travel), and reading. . .  everything.
