Hello!!  I have been lucky enough to work with the amazing students and staff at BHS for the last 17 years as a proud member of the Social Studies Department and now as the Assistant Principal for Student Services and Facility Operations.  During that time I have taught American Government, Honors American Government, United States History, Honors World History, Modern World History and World Cultures.  From 2007-2016, I served as the Department Chairperson for the Social Studies Department.  From 2016-18, I served as the Core Content Administrator for Social Studies.  I also am proud of the time I spent coaching baseball, softball, boys golf, scholastic bowl and serving as an Assistant Athletic & Activities Director.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my three children Reagan (6), Greyson (4) and Hayden (2) and my wife Sarah who is also in education and serves as a Fashion careers teacher at York High School in Elmhurst.  We love going to the Morton Arboreteum, Brookfield Zoo and climbing the tanks at Cantigny.   

My professional philosophy of treating students and staff members as family hopefully helps to create a culture of kindness and supports  classrooms that are inviting, exciting and rigorous.  I take pride in being a Raider and enjoy every moment that I have interacting with the dynamic student body that fills the hallowed halls of BHS.
