I was born in what used to be a small city in North Dakota.  After graduating high school, I continued my education at the University of Mary where I obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology.  I then traveled some, and ended up in San Antonio Texas, where I decided that I had not been in school long enough, and enrolled in the School Psychology Program at Our Lady of the Lake University.  After graduating with my Masters in 2011 I worked at various schools and settings, gaining experience and a greater desire to help all students, with an emphasis on the ones who struggle the most.  I joined the B.J. Ward Elementary team at the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year, after moving to the Chicago area.  I spend my free time running, riding bike, and spending time outside enjoying the weather (when it’s nice).  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
