My name is Bernadette Novak and I am a Spanish teacher at Bolingbrook High School. I started as a guest teacher in the district in 2013 and then in 2016 I began teaching full-time. I love it here at BHS, everyday there are countless opportunities for growth and change. I am learning so much here and I am fortunate enough to be on one of the best teams of teachers here. They have taught me so much through their actions and collaboration of sharing ideas and materials.

One of the reasons I began studying other languages is because I wanted to learn more about the different cultures around me. All these differences is what makes the world so amazing. I cherish all the diversity BHS has to offer and I want to teach the students how to appreciate this diversity also.
