Welcome to Mrs. Olen's 2nd Grade Challenge! I am very excited to be working with R.C. Hill's 2nd Grade Challenge students for my 7th year! I absolutely love that I am able to get up each day and follow my passion as a teacher! I attended Northern Illinois University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I very much look forward to this school year and am honored to be your child's second-grade teacher! My goal for my classroom has always been to create a space where my students feel safe and empowered to express their thoughts and seek out answers to their wonders.
