Welcome Parents & Students!
This is my third year at Brooks Middle School! I am currently co-teaching three sections of 7th grade block math with Mrs. Taylor as well as coaching the Brooks cheer team.
I attended college at Northern University in Dekalb. During my time at NIU, I completed all of my General Education courses before transferring to Lewis Univeristy in Romeoville. At Lewis University, I majored in Mathematics and Secondary Education. I am certified to teach 6th through 12th grade. During my three years at Lewis University I joined the cheerleading team and competed Nationally in Daytona Florida. Education and extra currricular activities played a mojor role in my life as a student.
Before Brooks, I've had a wide variety of teaching experiences in a math classroom. I have taught 6th grade through high school math. I am thankful for being part of the Brooks family and I am excited for a fantastic school year!

Hello Parents/Guardians,
This is my second year here at Brooks Middle School. I am the Special Education Teacher in three co-taught Math classes with Ms. Parisi.
I received my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Governor’s State University in 2012 and have endorsements in Math, Language Arts and Science. I went back to school to receive my Special Education and English as a Second Language endorsement from National Louis University. I am still in school for my ESL endorsement but I am looking forward to putting my knowledge of students learning English in action.
I have always enjoyed learning and being a student myself and grew up helping my younger siblings with their homework. I currently live in Romeoville with my husband and our golden retriever, Sookie. We enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. I am looking forward to another year of learning with your child(ren).
