Librarian. LMC Director. Library Information Specialist.

My name is Jennifer Pizzuto and I am your LMC Director at Bolingbrook High School. Before I started in the library in 2007, I taught English and Reading.  I have been a teacher since 1999, and have been teaching at Bolingbrook High School since 2001.  While this year is certainly not what I expected, I am happy to be starting my 20th year of teaching at BHS! 

I love being in the LMC, as it is growing and changing with the needs of our students and staff.  Every day is a new opportunity to work with our students, staff, and teachers in exploring the world of the library, promoting digital citizenship and literacy.  

I am a building technology coach, webmaster, and have sponsored Games@theLibrary, Girls Who Code, and worked with the Crochet Club!  

My husband Dom, who works as a transition teacher, and I will be very excited to get back to taking road trips with Muffin, our American Bulldog.
