Miss Lizbeth Rada

¡Hola! I am Señorita Rada. I was born and raised in Chicago, and still live there today. I have a Bachelors Degree in Spanish with a concentration in Latin American Studies from the University of Illinois in Chicago (UIC) and a Masters Degree in Teaching of Spanish from National Louis University (NLU).

I teach Heritage Spanish 3 and AP Heritage Spanish 4 this year. I am also co-sponsor of BHS Latinx, a student-led club that looks to celebrate our latino culture, traditions, customs while making an impact in the community. This year, I look forward to really get to know my students,   and get them excited about their culture, traditions, roots and their language. I hope to facilitate a classroom where students constantly collaborate, share their similarities, and celebrate their differences and the diversity that surrounds them. I look forward to working alongside my students to help them succeed on their AP exams and in life after high school.
