Hello, My Name is Mr. Uscila.  I teach American Studies and AP Human Geography.  I have been teaching at BHS for 11 years and have had an amazing experience working with such a diverse group of learners.  My philisophy in the classroom is to challenge my students to think outside the box, use informaiton in a critical manner, collaborate with others, and grow from their educational experience.  When I am not in the classroom, you will find me on a soccer field.  I am a coach at Benet Academy as well as for my 10 year son Ryan; who plays for the Bolingbrook Raider Soccer Club.  

In additional to Ryan, I have two other beautiful boys - Grant 2yrs and Reece 8 months. We are active famliy that loves outdoor activities, and being crazy in the basement!  With 4 boys in the house, My wife Allison has her hands full!  Allison is also a teacher in the school district.  She teaches 5th grade at Hermanson Elementary School in Romeoville.
