My name is Shanell Lawson and I am the Teaching and Learning Coach at Wood View Elementary!  I am extremely excited to be working with the staff and students here. I will be working with teachers in their classrooms each day to maximize student learning. Prior to moving into this role I was a teacher at Jonas Salk for 3 years teaching both 4th and 5th grade.  I also taught kindergarten here at Wood View before moving to Salk.  I completed my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education at North Central College.  I graduated from Univeristy of St. Francis in 2017 with a Masters in Educational Leadership.  I am looking forward to working with the students and staff of Wood View this year!
