    Student Resource Team (SRT) Leader - Mrs. Whitney LabriolaThe school SRT leader is responsible for overseeing the implementation of special education processes at the school level.  Mrs. Labriola runs IEP/RtI/504 meetings as required and assists with coordinating resources for students in need.


     
    School Nurse - Mrs. Delia Pacheco
    School nurses who are registered nurses (R.N.) or certified school nurses (CSN) are on duty during school hours. The nurse administers emergency first aid, maintains student health records, consults with parents, students, and teachers concerning health matters, and provides first aid and other health supplies to staff. Fire department paramedics are called as well as parents in the event of a serious accident, injury, or illness. 

     
    Reading Specialists
    Reading Specialists instruct students on establishing curriculum, ensuring each individual is provided with the knowledge, proficiencies and experiences necessary to become a proficient reader. They design high-content, engaging work for students, and assist teachers in modifying lessons and curriculum as needed to meet individual and varying levels of student progress.

     
    School Psychologist - Mrs. Jennifer Thanasenaris
    School psychologists are uniquely qualified members of school teams that support students' ability to learn and teachers' ability to teach. They apply expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior, to help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally.

     
    School Social Worker - Mrs. Kristen Allan
    School social workers are responsible for working with the students who have social work on their Individual Education Plans (IEP). The skills we typically work on are social skills, appropriate peer relationships and boundaries, attending to tasks, teaching coping skills, teaching anger management and learning how to function successfully in their classroom.

     
    Speech-Language Therapist - Mrs. Susanna Sawyer
    Speech-language pathologists in schools collaborate with teachers, special educators, interpreters, other school personnel, and parents to develop and implement individual or group programs, provide counseling, and support classroom activities.
