Hello! My name is Colleen Guccione.  This year I am again teaching both AP Human Geography and Human Geography.  I get to explore the "why of where" all day, every day.  How wonderful!

I have over 20 years of experience in the field of education, having done everything from teaching in high school classrooms, to developing national social studies curriculum programs, to increasing the literacy and technology skills of elementary students.  I earned a B.A. in History from Boston College and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from DePaul University. 

I have three daughters: one  in high school, one in college, and one in grad school.  In my free time, I love good stories whether in books, on the radio, or with friends.  I am also always on the quest to find the best ice cream shops.
