    I was born in warm and sunny Fujian Province in southern China. My childhood was very simple and fun. When I was eight years old my family moved to a bigger city for my education. That was the most important decision my parents ever made for me. Since then I knew what education meant to me and my family. After finishing my bachelor’s degree from Yunnan University in the spring of 2009 with a major in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, I traveled to Xiamen, Fujian to begin my career as a Mandarin instructor and to gain practical experience.  After teaching Chinese students Chinese for two years I decided the time was right to pursue my master’s degree in Chinese Education. I graduated from Minnan Teacher`s University in the summer of 2013 with a major in Chinese Education. I moved to Chicago in the fall of 2013. From 2013 till today I have enjoyed every moment of working in the education.
