Hi BHS! My name is Maria Andrade-Avalos and this is my first year teaching at Bolingbrook High School! I graduated from Illinois State University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Special Education as a Learning & Behavior Specialist (LBS1). This school year, I am in the English Department, co-teaching English 10 and 11. When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy traveling, reading, and doing DIY projects.
