• Helpdesk for VVSD Students & Families

    Our Student & Family Helpdesk is available to assist with Chromebook, Tablet or charger issues, as well as accessing the Infinite Campus Parent / Family Portal. English and Spanish speaking Technicians are available to answer your calls and schedule appointments between 7:30am - 4:00pm. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response regarding your device needs- we appreciate your patience!

    Important Clever Access Information - After moving to Google sign in for Clever when a student logs into their District issued device and they go to the www.vvsd.org/clever students should automatically be able to see their Clever dashboard and not need to sign into the site. If there are issues with logging in, students should restart their Chromebook and begin the login process again. There have also been issues with using personal devices and saving credentials to login. Students should ensure that they are utilizing their District issued device for optimum performance.
