VVSD Staff Spotlight- Misti Lopez, Early Childhood Teacher- Mitchem EC Center

VVSD’s most versatile staff members are probably our Early Childhood Teachers. They sing. They dance. They give characters different voices. They also log hundreds of repetitions of getting up from a sitting or kneeling position to a standing position every day.

Misti Lopez is just one of the many performance artists also known as teachers at the Mitchem Early Childhood Center. While Misti was never in a play or musical as a student at Morris High School, her performance skills and singing voice are much better than she thinks!
