VVSD Staff Spotlight- Dr. LeVar J. Ammons, Director of Equity and Continuous Improvement

As a Bolingbrook resident for the last 20 years, Dr. LeVar J. Ammons has been a member of the VVSD community long before he joined VVSD as a staff member.

In his role as Director of Equity and Continuous Improvement, he oversees the constant and intentional effort to build the systems for VVSD students that ensure both equity and continuous improvement.  We started our visit with Dr. Ammons by asking him what is required from students, parents, staff members and the entire community to be truly focused on meeting the needs of Every Learner, Every Day.
